5/6C have started the term strong! Students have been learning about life on the gold fields in the 1800's, researching what different groups of gold miners went through at the time. They have been learning about 'wild weather' and writing informative texts about natural disasters such as bushfires, cyclones and floods, which is timely. In Maths, they have beem doing a brilliant job of reviewing their knowledge each day, then working on 24-hour time, data, decimals and multiplication. They've played drama games, and enjoyed a variety of games and sports.
5/6C have the pleasure of having Miss Khuu with them this term. Miss Khuu is in the final year of her teaching degree and will teach 5/6C with Mrs Cant.
